Delivery

Lash Brigade Premium Eyelashes uses Australia Post for all of our shipping needs and at this point in time we only deliver to addresses within Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA and Canada.

All orders will be shipped from our on-line store through Standard Post delivery. Tracking is available for both domestic and international deliveries.  Please allow for your lashes to be sent to somewhere safe as we cannot be held accountable for any lost items.

Please note that our carrier companies delivery policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas. Where street delivery is not always possible, you will receive notification or a calling card will be left.

We aim to ship your lashes within 1-2 business days of your order being received. We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time-frame however please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Taxes

If applicable, customers incl. advertisers, promoters and bloggers are responsible for the cost of any customs duties and taxes incurred on international orders. We are not responsible for any charges incurred for import duties.

Payment

All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Payments are accepted using PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can log into you PayPal account to complete your transaction. However, if you do not have a registered PayPal account you can still use the service and pay with your credit card. There is an option below the account log-in on the PayPal payment screen where you can choose to pay by credit card.

We will always act to protect the details of your payment and purchase however in the absence of negligence, Lash Brigade Premium Eyelashes will not be responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer if a third party acquires unauthorised access to data that you have provided to us when ordering from our website.

Our servers will help secure your personal information with up-to-date firewalls and encryption techniques during the ordering and purchase process.

Returns and Exchanges

At Lash Brigade we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We want all of our customers to love their lashes and expect to be given nothing but the best! We take the utmost care to thoroughly inspect all Lash Brigade eyelashes before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty/damaged pair of lashes please contact us right away to request a refund or an exchange for the same lash style.

Please be aware that these eyelashes are handmade and some very slight differences between the lashes is natural and not considered as a faulty product.

Due to strict hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or for lashes that have been taken out of their original packaging and/or worn. Lash Brigade will never re-sell any lashes that have been returned to us.

Returning Your Lashes

Shipping return cost from the customer to us is not covered by Lash Brigade Eyelashes. To ensure your return gets back to us safely, please use a registered postal service and tracking details as we cannot be held accountable for products that get lost in the mail.

Refunding/ Exchanging A Faulty Pair Of Lashes

In the event of an exchange Lash Brigade will cover the cost of shipping your new pair of lashes back to you once we have received your original pair and inspected them.

Lash Brigade reserves the right to reject a return if we see the lashes have been worn or tampered with.

If you would like to request a refund or exchange please send an email to info@lashbrigade.com.au with your request in the subject line and please also include your order receipt number. Upon receiving your request you will be contacted with further instructions on where your lashes should be sent back to. Once we have received the returned lashes we will inspect them and make certain to process your refund or exchange in a timely manner.

Cancelling An Order:

We cannot accept order cancellations once your lashes have been shipped out. Once you received the lashes they are yours to keep.

We inform you that Lash Brigade Premium Eyelashes reserves the right to amend our Return and Exchange Policies at any given time.
